IMPORTANT INFORMATION REQUIRES YOUR APPROVAL

Bottle Domains has entered an agreement with its sister company Domain Central to provide management and support functions for Bottle Domain's customers. . It is intended to consolidate all customer support and management activities under Domain Central with a goal to improve customer support.

WHAT THIS MEANS TO YOU?

As a customer of Bottle Domains you are invited to transfer your account to Domain Central (at no charge). Upon completion of the transfer you will have access to Domain Central’s enhanced customer interface platform and highly competitive prices.

Transferring your domain from Bottle Domains to Domain Central will be completed free of charge and automatically following your authorisation.

If your domain is due for renewal (within the last 3 months of its 2 year validity cycle), a renewal fee will be levied at Domain Central’s rate of $37.95 (incl GST) for two (2) years instead of Bottle Domain’s $99.00.

Subject: Update: Bottle Domains au Accreditation Stands

Bottle Domains were again successful today in the Victorian Supreme Court and will remain au accredited pending a full court hearing scheduled for 22nd of June. We believe we have not been in breach of our agreement with auDA and remain confident this can be proven. As stated in our previous communication, all .au domain names that were transferred to auDA have now been returned to Bottle Domains and we are operating our business as usual.

Subject: Bottle Domains Reinstated Today

Bottle Domains has received interim court orders to have it's accreditation re-instated by auDA. Bottle Domains strongly appose auDA's action and will continue to defend their claims against us through the Supreme Court. In the mean time if you hold .au domain names with Bottle Domains, they will be returned back to Bottle Domains this afternoon. Most importantly your service will not be affected during this period. Subject: Update on Bottle's re-accreditation

As released in our previous notification today, Bottle Domains has been defending its .au de-accreditation by auDA today in the Victorian Supreme Court. Bottle Domain's injunction was successful and the decision was passed to have our accreditation re-instated until the matter can be heard in greater detail. Unfortunately auDA has appealed the ruling and the matter is once again before the Victorian Supreme Court on Friday 17th of April at 10am. Further instructions as well as a formal statement will be issued once the outcome of tomorrows appeal has been made. Bottle Domains would also like to take this opportunity to thank all the support we have had from our customers regarding this matter.

Subject: What to do with your .au domain names

Firstly, we want to re-assure you that your domain names are safe with Bottle Domains. The recent de-accreditation relates to an issue which occurred in early 2007 which we adamantly dispute and are defending. We are seeking the intervention of the Supreme Court this morning and will update you as soon as we have an outcome. Should we not successfully reinstate the Registrar affected, we will offer to manage your domains through our Registrar Bottle, which is independent to the Registrar affected by the de-accreditation. We recommend that you hold off on making a decision as to the future of your portfolio until we announce the outcome of the injunction this afternoon. We remain confident that your domain names will be returned safely to their rightful location by the end of the day.

Subject: Response to auDA's de-accreditation announcement and domain transfer instructions

By now you will have received a notification regarding the de-accreditation of Bottle Domains as an au accredited Registrar. The de-accreditation relates to an issue which occurred in early 2007 which we adamantly dispute and are defending, and hope to have this resolved very shortly.

Most importantly, if you hold domain names with Bottle Domains, please be re-assured that your domain name/s are safe. The .au domain names you hold have been transferred to auDA as the Registrar of record and you have been given the domain transfer key within the recent auDA notification. Any non .au domain names you hold with Bottle Domains will not be affected.

Australian Style Group, the parent of Bottle Domains hold a number of other .au accreditations, non of which are affected by Bottle Domains de-accreditation. We have already connected one of our other Registrars, 'Bottle' to our system and are encouraging you to transfer your domain back to us.

To transfer back to Bottle as an .au Accredited Registrar, please follow one of the following instructions.

To transfer your domain name back to Bottle, please go to http://bottle.com.au/transfer/

Here you can submit a single or bulk domain transfer. If your domain name is within 90 days of expiring, you may be asked to renew the domain at the time of submitting the transfer order. Once you submit the transfer you will receive an email from Bottle within 24 hours asking you to accept the transfer by clicking the approval address within the email. Once you click this link the domain will transfer to Bottle within 48 hours.

Transferring via email:
Please forward the email with the subject 'Bottle Domains' registrar accreditation terminated by auDA' through to help@bottle.com.au with the text. 'Please submit this domain transfer to Bottle on my behalf'. Please ensure you keep auDA's email thread in the content of the forward as we will need this to submit the transfer. Once we have submitted the transfer on your behalf you will receive an email from Bottle within 24 hours asking you to accept the transfer by clicking the approval address within the email. Once you click this link the domain will transfer to Bottle within 48 hours.
