How do I setup / modify my Web & Email Forwarding service?
Log in to your control panel by entering your username and password in the ''Members Login'' area to the right of each page. Or go directly to www.bottledomains.com.au/manage.
NOTE: If you only have one domain, or one subscription, go directly to step 3.
Click Select Subscription from the top menu, then click on the Select link next to the appropriate subscription.

Click Hosting from the top menu. You will be taken to the hosting account for the domain you selected in step 2 (if you only have one hosted domain, this will automatically be selected).
- --- Web Forwarding and Subdomains ---
To forward your domain to an external URL, please click on Domain Overview > Domain Administration.
Click on yourdomain. In the Web Hosting section on the Summary tab, click on Change Hosting.

For sub domains, please click on Domain Overview > Domain Administration > Add New Subdomain.
- --- Mail Forwarding ---
Please go to E-mail > E-mail addresses > Add New E-mail Address and enter the email address you would like, and the address you wish it to be forwarded to (eg user@yourdomain forwarding to user@bigpond.com).
You may enter as many new accounts as you wish, and they may forward to the same or different address. For assistance setting up a Catch-All address click here.
- --- IP Forwarding ---
You can use an IP address (A) record instead of a Web Forward if you are running your own web server, and can configure it to respond to the domain names "yourdomain" and "www.yourdomain", or you have an ISP or another host of your web site, and their web server is configured to respond to "yourdomain" and "www.yourdomain".
Please go to Domain Overview > Domain Administration > yourdomain > and select the DNS tab, then DNS Records sub-tab.

If you do not have this level of control over the web server then you must use a Web Forward. Adding a Web Forward will allow you to specify the exact URL you want your visitors to see when they visit "yourdomain" or "www.yourdomain".
