I can't login to my Bottle Direct account.

If you're logging into Bottle Direct at manage.bottledomains.com.au, and you receive a password error message, this may be for one of two reasons.

1.
If you recently purchased your domain name, your Bottle Direct account may not be active yet. Bottle Direct takes roughly 1-2 hours before it's activated after a new domain registration.

2.
Have you changed your password since registering your domain? If so, Bottle Direct may still be set to your original user/pass, or alternatively the user/pass of the registrant contact. If you still can't remember your user/pass, please let us know and we'll reset it.
