If you purchased Bottle Direct with your domain, or sometime after your domain purchase, there is a chance that your account is not yet setup. Bottle Direct is activated manually, and usually takes an hour or two to be setup on your domain. If it has been more than a few hours (business hours), and you're still getting a login or password error, please feel free to contact us.
