If you registered your domain with a company other than Bottle Domains, and would like Bottle Direct, there's unfortunately only one way to get it, and that's transferring your domain name over to Bottle Domains. You can transfer your .au domains between registrars free of charge and with no loss of existing registration period. Other domains such as .com's require a minimum renewal period of 1 year which added to the existing registration period. For transfer help, please click here. If you purchased your domain with Bottle Domains, yet didn't request Bottle Direct at the time of purchase, you may still request it. Simply follow the steps: Step 1: Login to the domain management area - http://manage.bottledomains.com.au Step 2: Select the domain form the drop menu. Step 3: Click the 'Edit Domain Info' button. Step 4: Click the 'Bottle Direct' tab. Step 5: You will now be prompted to order Bottle Direct. Please allow 24 hours for the Bottle Direct setup after application. If you don't wish to pay using a credit card you will need to make payment via bank transfer or cheque, quoting the domain name, and then contact us to complete the order.
