If we are the registrar of record, please complete the Change of Registrant kit. Page 1 is TO BE COMPLETED BY THE CURRENT LICENCE HOLDER. Page 2 is TO BE COMPLETED BY THE PROPOSED NEW LICENCE HOLDER. The form once completed needs to be faxed to us on (03) 8080 1623. Including cover letter. The usual time required for processing is 24 hours. Both parties will be contacted via email once the process is complete.
