 How do I transfer a domain to Bottle Domains?
Have you ever wanted to manage all your domains under the one roof (or under a simple one login interface), or do you just need to bring your domains over to a Registrar with the service you deserve? Well making the switch is easy. And best of yet, to transfer .au names to Bottle Domains is FREE!
Making use of Bottle Domains'' wonderful services for your existing domains is easy. All you need to do is go to our transfer page.
Complete the following steps to initiate the transfer to Bottle Domains.
- In the transfer option box, enter the domain name and select the domain extension from the drop down list.
- You will need to enter an Authorization Key.
For TLDs (Top Level Domains) (.com, .net, .org, .biz, .info): You will need to contact the current Registrar of your domain and request the Authorization Key for transferring your domain. If you are unsure of the Registrar of your domain, enter your domain name here.
For .au domains: You can request the Authorization Key (or Domain Password) to be sent to the registered contact email address for the domain by by clicking here. If you are unsure of the Registrar of your domain, enter your domain name here.
For .nz domains: You will need to contact the current Registrar of your domain and request the Authorization Key (UDAI Key) for transferring your domain. If you are unsure of the Registrar of your domain, enter your domain name here.
For .co.uk domains: You do not require an Authorization Key.
- After you have located your Authorization Key, click the Continue button to continue the process.
NOTE: If you have entered the incorrect Authorization Key, you will be given an error message. If this is the case, please contact your current Registrar (refer to step 2).
