Please go to http://manage.bottledomains.com.au and enter either your domain name or email address into the password recovery field. Your username and password will be sent to the registrant contact for the domain, or the listed email of the member. If either of these are NOT correct, and you CANNOT remember your password, then you will need to fax us a declaration on your company (or other) letterhead, requesting your username and password be updated and then forwarded to a new email address. This document must be signed by an authorised representative of the domain and the company (if registered in a company name). Please note, if you have multiple members with the same email address, only the details of the member created first will be sent out.
