If either of these are NOT correct, and you CANNOT remember your password, then you will need to fax us a declaration on your company (or other) letterhead, requesting your username and password be updated and then forwarded to a new email address. This document must be signed by an authorised representative of the domain and the company (if registered in a company name). Please note, if you have multiple members with the same email address, only the details of the member created first will be sent out.
