Please go to https://cp.bottledomains.com.au and click on Forgot Password. Go to step 1. Get a secret by e-mail, you need to enter your username and a secret code will be sent your registered email account. Once you receive the secret code, use this in Step 2 to change your existing password. If you can not remember your username you will need to fax (03 8080 1623) us a declaration on your company (or other) letterhead, requesting your username and password be sent to a new email address. This document must be signed by an authorised representative of the domain and the company (if registered in a company name).
