All registrants for .au domain names obtain a "Certificate of Registration" for their domain at the time of registration. You can request additional copies at any time, however it can only be issued by the originating registrar.

To obtain copies of your Certificate of Registration please follow these steps:

1) Login to domain management area through the following address, using your username and password.

2) Next, from the drop down menu select the domain for which you require the certificate, and click "Edit Domain Info"

3) Now click the "General Information" tab.

4) Finally you will see the following link "Generate Cert.", click on this link and the "Certificate of Registration" will be emailed through to the registrant's listed email contact.

NB: If you have transferred your domain to us from another registrar we will not be able to supply you with this document and you will need to contact the original registrar.
